1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EarnScope AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Description of Service
EarnScope AI provides public X (Twitter) profile analytics, estimation of earnings, and network growth automation tools. All metrics, projections, and estimates are generated using public APIs and proprietary algorithms. They are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
3. User Accounts and Credits
To use certain features of the service, including deep-dive analyses, you must create an account and purchase credits. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
- Credit Usage: One credit is consumed per deep-dive profile analysis.
- Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
- Refund Policy: Due to the immediate cost of fetching remote API data, purchases of credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used.
4. API Restrictions and Use
You agree not to bypass, circumvent, or attempt to exploit the limitations of the EarnScope AI web application or browser extension. Automated scraping of our analytics dashboard, reverse engineering, or redistributing our data feeds is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimers
The materials on EarnScope AI are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
6. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall EarnScope AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on EarnScope AI, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
